Utilizes grey cast iron (HT250) with polyester sand patterns and aging treatment. Completed in a one-time processing by large vertical CNC to guarantee accuracy and long-term stable operation.

Lifting steel loading board allows for direct sheet pile pulling, simplifying loading and saving time. The heavy pneumatic squeegee system integrates electrical and hydraulic technology to ensure constant ink layer stability regardless of printing speed.

Separated Screen Frame Structure

The screen frame can be pulled out independently for easy registration adjustment and cylinder cleaning. Includes automatic detection sensors to avoid breakage or drive damage.
