Introduction

This UV DOD inkjet system adopts industrial piezoelectric on-demand inkjet technology, significantly improving production speed and print quality. Equipped with industrial high-resolution and high-speed DOD piezoelectric print heads, it meets the rigorous demands for mailings, barcodes, bills, checks, packages, and marking applications. It is suitable for web printing, sheet-fed, and both online and offline target printing. Its modular design allows easy integration into existing transport systems.

Our Printer Control Software (PCS) is designed for professional inkjet scanning. It offers a user-friendly interface to control waveforms, temperature, and monitor system status. Features include database checking, DPI settings, and motor speed control.

Variable Data Printing: Supports text, dates, logos, serial numbers, barcodes, and database photo images. Compatible with .CSV, .XLS, .XLSX, .TXT, and PDF files. Supports multiple languages including English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Russian, and Chinese.
