Vacuum side pull type side-lay will not cause the graphic side print damaged or dirty; variable pull & push side-lay allows accurate positioning with a long stroke and fast adjustment. Photoelectric detection system for real-time monitoring of the printed substrate ensures positioning and reduces waste rate. The micro suction board design avoids damage to double-side printed substrates often caused by traditional ball-type side-lays.
Screen frame can break away from the transmission part and be pulled out for easy adjustment of registration and feeding. It is much safer and faster for cleaning the cylinder and screen. Opto sensors automatic detection system ensures reliability and avoids rack breakage or damage to the main drive.
