The printing machine is a specialized unit for LPG cylinder body printing, covering words, brands, and other patterns. It combines a frame, pressing plate, move and control system. It features reliable working, good print quality, and easy operation.
Working Principle: Place the cylinder on the supporting table and press "Start". The feeding system transfers it to the printing location. The glue plate closes automatically, and the print plate moves to execute the design. After completion, the system resets for the next cycle.
1. Lubricate movement parts and keep pneumatic FRL oil levels maintained.
2. Clean cylinder surfaces before printing to protect the silk screen.
3. Adjust ink viscosity: too thin causes leakage, too thick makes printing difficult.
4. Clean the print plate, glue plate, and scrap blade with soft materials after use.
