UV inkjet printer label press
The UV DOD inkjet system adopts industrial piezoelectric on-demand inkjet technology, having greatly improved in production speed and spray printing quality. Equipped with industrial high-resolution and high-speed DOD piezoelectric print heads, the system meets the increasing and rigorous demands for applications in mailings, barcodes, bills, checks, packages, and marking.
It is suitable for web printing, sheet-fed, and both online and offline target printing. As a fully integrated digital inkjet printing system, it can be easily integrated into existing transport systems thanks to its modular design to create more value-added opportunities.

The Printer Control Software (PCS) is designed for scanning inkjet printing. It offers a user-friendly interface to interactively control the printer, monitor printer status, and set printer options, such as the amplitude and pulse width of jetting waveforms and the temperature for each print head.
Variable Data Printing Software: Supports objects such as text, dates, times, graphics, logos, serial numbers, barcodes, Windows Fonts, and database photo images. Supports loading data source files including .CSV, .XLS, .XLSX, .TXT and PDF files.
