Power & Installation Guide

Power Supply Section

1. Workshop needs to prepare 380V power supply (Three-phase five-wire). Please use air switch with 30A or more for protection.

Wiring Details: Red (L1), Blue (L2), Black (L3) connect to phase lines; Green (N) connects to zero line; White (E) connects to grounding line.

2. Gas Source: Air consumption is 0.03 cubic meters/minute. Intake pipe configuration is ∮8 tube.

Mechanical Installation Notes

1. Carefully check equipment for any damage upon arrival.
2. Adjust the four foot screws at the bottom to ensure the device is perfectly level.
3. Confirm power and gas supply requirements. (Zero line N cannot be connected to other lines).
4. Connect gas source to the oil-water separator; set pressure to 0.6-0.8.

Operation Adjustments

Scraper Angle: Generally set ink reclaiming blade at 90 degrees and scraper at 70-80 degrees.

Stroke Adjustment: Move left/right limit switches according to image size. Ensure they do not hit the screen clamp.

Care and Maintenance

1. Pre-work: Power on 10 minutes before starting and run a manual test.

2. Warm-up: Run the machine empty for 5-10 minutes at low speed to ensure adequate lubrication.

3. Lubrication: Fill running parts with 30#-140# oil. Do not over-fill to avoid paint corrosion.

4. Weekly: Clean and apply lithium grease to rails and sliders. Check electrical connections for looseness.

5. Monthly: Change reduction gear oil every 2-3 months and record the date.
