Each screen frame's fixing device is equipped with a precise positioning wheel. When the positioning iron on the arm is placed in the positioning wheel closely, it ensures printing precision.
The device is also equipped with a big lock wheel. The screen frame arm falls easily into the metal positioning wheel when touching the lock wheels, preventing direct collision between the positioning iron and the wheel.
The T-shirt type pallet measures 55 cm (22 in) long and 45 cm (18 in) wide with a thickness of 1.8 cm (0.7 in). It utilizes furniture-grade melamine high-density board with small pits, making it ideal for T-shirt printing when using pallet glue.
The machine adopts an advanced electrostatic spraying process. Various parts utilize stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and nickel/zinc plating technology. These provide corrosion resistance, no fading, and easy cleaning for long-term maintenance without rust.
A full set of tools is included for installation—no additional tools are required. The package includes an installation diagram, packing list, installation CD, and operation video for user convenience. Spare parts are also provided in the box.
